Virtual Products Cancellation Policy

• All sales of digital products are final.
• Due to the electronic nature of these items, returns,      exchanges, or refunds are not available once a purchase is completed.
• If you experience technical issues accessing your product,      contact contactus@tmdesigns.co within 7 days for assistance.

Designer On Demand Packages

• Non-Refundable:      All purchased hours are non-refundable and must be used within 3 months     of purchase.
• Rescheduling:      Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Requests made      within 48 hours will result in forfeited time.
• Cancellations:      Cancelled sessions without rescheduling will be deducted from your      available hours.
• No-Shows: Missed      sessions (virtual or in-person) count in full against your purchased      hours.
• Pausing:      Packages may be paused once within the 3-month window upon written      request. Hours cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.

Additional Terms

• Hours are tracked in 30-minute increments.
• Unused hours expire at the end of the 3-month window and cannot      be carried forward.
• Purchase of a virtual product or Designer On Demand package      constitutes acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.
